Would you like to get in touch with us regarding something that concerns you about Planet Kids? Here are the steps to lodge a complaint:

  1. Get in touch with your child’s contact teacher. A lot of times, issues can be settled with a booked meeting. If you fill like this is not enough, you may file a written complaint to the head teacher.
  2. If you would like to file a complaint to the head teacher, please fill out the PLANET KIDS COMPLAINT FORM.
  3. You will receive a written response within 48 hours to confirm the receipt of your complaint.
  4. We will assess your complaint and come up with a strategy to address it. If needed, we will invite you to a meeting where we can hear your thoughts and include your opinions. You will receive a written assessment and response within 7 days.
  5. Should you still feel dissatisfied with the results, you are free to contact Skolinspektionen to file a formal complaint.
